Good afternoon!
This week we released the new versions of the mobile app. There was a hiccup with the release of the iOS version yesterday where Apple took awhile to actually distribute it, but with the release of version 3.3.5 this afternoon it should automatically update as normal. Sorry for the confusion there.
There were some behind the scenes changes to notification categorization, but the biggest update in this release was refining the Out of Market label and warning logic. We added a new column in the zip code table on the backend to mark zip codes as "Potential." This will allow us to upload a list of zip codes when we go into a new market, and when agents start onboarding, we can hide the Out of Market label and warning. This will prevent users from stalling during onboarding when they see all of the zip codes in their area as showing Out of Market.
Thanks to all who worked on building and testing this release!
Thank you,

Good afternoon!
This morning, we released a new version of the PrimeStreet app with a couple changes. One oft-requested feature added in this version is allowing agents to change their phone number and email address. They can now edit these in the profile screen in the app.
We also fixed some logic so that agents cannot remove Leased referrals. In addition, we updated the apps so that they use a refresh token instead of the regular authorization request. This latter update shouldn't affect the user experience at all.
Thanks to everyone who worked on this release, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

We released a new version of the app this morning. It only contains a couple of changes but they will be important in helping agents understand Agent Score and Broker Boost. The biggest change is separating out the Boost % from the Agent Score number. This will help agents understand that a Boost of 10% doesn't mean their score will go from 75 to 85.
We also removed percentage signs and references from the agent score and tool tip to reinforce that Boost is a percentage of the agent score and not a direct addition.
Thanks to all involved in this release. It took good teamwork between the front end and back end to release the relevant updates at the same time.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Thomas

We just pushed the latest releases to the store. These updates include a few small but helpful features and bug fixes, and will roll out to agents over the next 24 hours or so.
Agents will appreciate the new settings button found in the top nav bar on each of the main pages. We have received many requests to make the settings page easier to find so hopefully this will help.
In addition, we also added a restraint on agent working hours so if they switch time zones and go outside of PrimeStreet's working hours, their times will automatically be adjusted to match. We also fixed a bug where the app last accessed time doesn't match up with a referral's last update time. Finally, we hid the "I specialize in" field on the profile page because that's irrelevant info now.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask us! Thanks to everyone involved in this release!
Thanks,
Thomas
This update includes improvements and features to enhance your PrimeStreet app experience. The most notable of these new features is the Announcements section, which is located in your app Inbox.
Here you’ll see announcements from PrimeStreet for new happenings, training, or tools. Any alerts related to referrals will continue to be sent as push notifications.
This update includes some small improvements to the Under Contract, Closed, and Leased flows, as well as some other small quality of life improvements.

Metrics View
You have to know where you are to get better - and you’ve got to know your numbers before you can improve them. With PrimeStreet’s new Metrics view, you can now compare your response times and acceptance rates to those of other PrimeStreet agents. This will help you to see how you can improve your success rate, and win more referrals!
Metrics View Features
The new Metrics view has the following features:

Metrics View Terminology
Accepted: These are referral invitations you accepted and won. These referrals now appear in your funnel.
Declined: These are referral invitations that you declined, and will not show up in your funnel.
Accepted but Missed: These are referral invitations that you tried to accept but lost. This usually means someone accepted them before you did. These will not appear in your funnel
Not Responded: These are referral invitations that you neither accepted nor denied. These will not appear in your funnel. Please make sure to respond to accept or decline referrals, as not responding will hurt your agent score.
Rental Funnel
Renters are now available in your agent funnel! You can now see your renter funnel in the app, as well as toggle between the Buyer/Seller/Renter options of an individual referral.
The rental funnel allows agents to duplicate a referral in the buyer or seller funnel and put it in the rental funnel to be closed properly. If you do not see the option already, the app will prompt you to create a new opportunity.

Notifications Center
Your agent notifications/inbox are now included in the app as a separate tab. The notification center will house the notifications that you receive from PrimeStreet, grouped by date, so you can go back to them in your app to read and respond to them at your convenience. |
