If you’ve already set your availability to PrimeStreet's default hours, this update will be automatically applied to your settings.
If you’ve set a custom schedule in the app, those hours will stay the same.
The higher your score, the higher your level, and the more likely you are to receive more and better client referrals when they become available. This means more homes sold!

The option to remove referrals should be used sparingly and only when you’ve continuously pursued a referral for at least 7 weeks, at which point the referral is no longer a viable opportunity.
To view a list of acceptable reasons for removing referrals from your funnel, go to our Frequently Asked Questions list and read the answer to the question, "When is it OK to remove a referral from my funnel?"
Failure to respond to referrals being offered will hurt your agent score. However, declining a referral that you cannot service will not impact your score.
