Version 2.1

Metrics View

You have to know where you are to get better - and you’ve got to know your numbers before you can improve them.  With PrimeStreet’s new Metrics view,  you can now compare your response times and acceptance rates to those of other PrimeStreet agents. This will help you to see how you can improve your success rate, and win more referrals!

Metrics View Features

The new Metrics view has the following features:

  1. Referral Response Times: This will show how long it typically takes you to accept or decline a referral invitation, and how it compares with the typical PrimeStreet agent's response time. Remember, the first agent to accept a referral wins, so speed counts!
  2. Referral Invitations Metrics: This will show your total referral invitations broken down by Accepted, Declined, Accepted but Missed (meaning you accepted the referral, but another agent won the referral by responding first), and Not Responded. This way, you can see where specifically you may have an opportunity to improve your likelihood of winning a referral.

Metrics View Terminology

  • Accepted: These are referral invitations you accepted and won. These referrals now appear in your funnel.

  • Declined: These are referral invitations that you declined, and will not show up in your funnel.

  • Accepted but Missed: These are referral invitations that you tried to accept but lost. This usually means someone accepted them before you did. These will not appear in your funnel

  • Not Responded: These are referral invitations that you neither accepted nor denied. These will not appear in your funnel. Please make sure to respond to accept or decline referrals, as not responding will hurt your agent score.

Go for Gold ... or Platinum!

View Your Agent Score

At any time, you can check your agent score and your level right in your PrimeStreet app. Your score and your level will increase the more you engage with your app and your referrals.

The higher your score, the higher your level, and the more likely you are to receive more and better client referrals when they become available. This means more homes sold!

Don't Miss an Opportunity

Be Diligent in Your Follow-Up

According to Redfin, the average homebuyer takes 73 days to close on a property after the first initial visit to the home—that’s more than 10 weeks. This is why it’s so important to follow up with your clients for at least 7 weeks before removing them from your pipeline—you could miss out on an opportunity and lose your client to another agent.

The option to remove referrals should be used sparingly and only when you’ve continuously pursued a referral for at least 7 weeks, at which point the referral is no longer a viable opportunity.

To view a list of acceptable reasons for removing referrals from your funnel, go to our Frequently Asked Questions list and read the answer to the question, "When is it OK to remove a referral from my funnel?"

Respond to Every Referral

Keep Your Agent Score Up

When you are invited to respond to a referral and you cannot accept it, be sure to decline it instead of ignoring it.

Failure to respond to referrals being offered will hurt your agent score. However, declining a referral that you cannot service will not impact your score.

Engage with your PrimeStreet app often to keep your score up!
